DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•Use data from the Salesforce.com and Peoplesoft systems to create project forms and customer records, validate data that goes in these records, reach out to and follow up with senior consulting practitioners regarding data elements for project and client records.

•Coordinate the completion of the project set-up with the offshore team.

•Pre-populate project and client profile forms

•Emails to Project Manager for completion of Project Profile form

•Emails to Account Manger regarding new customer

•Ensure that all Project Managers and/or Account Managers answer any questions in emails

•Attach Project Profile forms to Salesforce.com opportunities

•Audit Project and policy profile forms before sending to offshore team

•Coordinate with the offshore team on Employee, Customer, Project and Policy Set Up

•Coordinate with the offshore team on Employee, Customer, Project and Policy Maintenance

•Perform audit of set-ups and maintenance by offshore team for Employee, Customer, Project and Policy

•Monitor projects for contract expiration date

•Monitor projects for interim agreement expiration

•Manage changes to projects for expiration dates

•Proactively acquire reassignments for projects, customers for termed employees

•Manage changes resulting from opportunity to project profile form review at closed/approved stage

•Answer questions(emails) from employees regarding Employee, Customer, Project and Policy set up/maintenance

•Check new policy set up against commission suspense list to adjust commissions out of suspense

REQUIRED SKILLS & EDUCATION

•Bachelor’s degree.

•3-5 years of experience in a professional services environment.

•Must have attention to detail and excellent document organization skills.

•Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple ongoing projects.

•Must have strong communication skills.
