Job Description:
Assist in recurring service billing function.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Update install base from Support service requests;
Print, postmark and mail recurring service invoices;
Address customer billing inquiries;
Assist in the colleciton process when called upon by Collections Team in Fremont;
Any other duties as assigned by Controller or Financial Services Manager.
Oracle (or other large ERP) experience strongly preferred.
