RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overseeing the billing and collection process of domestic and international content agreements and preparing the monthly cash receipts forecast. Supervise a staff of four Accounting Analysts. Billing and collection of outstanding invoices, Preparation of foreign withholding tax forms, Collection of foreign tax certificates due. Prepare the monthly cash receipts and withholding tax forecast. Interpret contractual provisions and ensure that billing terms are current and accurate in the Oracle billing system. Review monthly account receivable reconciliations to identify and resolve disputed issues with customers. Actively participate in process improvement (e.g. system processes, internal controls) as it relates to credit and collection policies.
REQUIREMENTS
