Job Description: Under general direction, provides general administrative support to the Customer Service organization supporting multiple Directors/VP’s and their staff. Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills. Compiles and analyzes moderately complex data and information. Must be able to multi-task and be flexible to business needs. Composes written descriptions of results from projects. Possesses intermediate to advanced level computer software skills. Must be able to handle confidential information with high integrity.
Requires a high school education or equivalent or more than 4 years of experience.
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook)
Excellent Communication Skills
Coordination of support projects (i.e. space planning/moves, travel, event coordination, etc).
Ability to handle multiple projects and request with minimal supervision.
