Job Overview The position will allow for better allocation of company capital and will also free up the Facility Leaders time in order to handle pertinent restaurant issues as well as allow for more efficient and effective coordination with vendors, facility leaders and purchasing. The position will also track over $50M in R&M spend ($31M P&L and $20M Capital) and will participate in the finance rotational program.
* Track over $50M in R&M spend ($31M P&L and $20M Capital) for NA company restaurants.
* Enhance existing reporting standards in order to better project spending.
* Forecast maintenance spend.
* Design requisition templates for standard purchases.
* Handle annual budget process.
* Prepare ad-hoc reports as necessary.
Requirements/Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
* 1 – 3 years of related work experience.
* Advance Excel Skills in order to create, prepare and effectively distribute spreadsheets.
* SAP and Oracle Financial Analyzer knowledge is preferred in order to obtain necessary R&M info.
