As a NAPA Automotive paints and coating sales representaitve, you will promote the automotive finishing products including Martin Senour, labeled automotive paint, and associated product.s .
You will target accounts such as automotive body shops, production and fleet shops.
We develop the knowledge and skills of our employees as they learn about and service our customers.
Required Skills:
Must have a valid driver’s license and provide own transportation. Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
Require 12 months previous experience as a Sales Representative.
Great communication and listening skills and a professional appearance is a MUST.
Must be able to perform in a quota driven environment.
Excellent at prospecting and cold calling skills while maintaining current customers and business needs.
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Willing to assist in collecting on past-due accounts if needed.
Willingness and ability to learn, with great problem solving skills.
Pre-employment drug-screen and background checks are required.
Minimum age is 18.
No more than two moving violations and/or at fault accident in the last 4 years.
