You as a Branch Consumer Banking Specialist will -
* Expand customer relationships through product sales to ensure that the branch achieves goal in volume and outstandings growth, which will help to increase market share and achieve branch profitability.
* Be responsible for various sales and service activities, including profiling, teleconsulting, customer retention and outreach.
* Be accountable for generating sales volume in consumer lending, personal and business deposits and related products.
* Take steps to retain customers through proactive customer service and increase their total relationship with National City.
You and your skills -
* High School Diploma or the equivalent, plus specialized training in one or more areas, such as general business or word processing
* Training on branch systems, policies/procedures, consumer lending, and product knowledge
* Notary Public License is recommended
* Appropriate licenses may be required to sell annuities or mutual funds
* Minimum of 1 year of related experience in banking or financial services, with demonstrated skills in sales and customer service
