Job Description

POSITION PROFILE

Provides support to the Area with regard to monthly forecasting/planning, management of vendor credits and management of the lease portfolio. Communicates vendor credit programs to local sales organization and maintains current vendor program information. Reviews orders for potential vendor credits. Gathers and submits requisite information to the Macon Vendor Credit team. Audits to ensure that areas receive the credits back from the vendor. Interfaces with finance and sales to increase vendor credits and provide performance measurements. Responsible for maintaining Area Lease Portfolio. This includes reporting and analysis, communication and support lease retention objectives.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
# Provides financial consulting support to business units as they pursue their objectives.
# Assists in forecasting and planning on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis at Region/Area level.
# Assists in the development & implementation of IKON’s strategic initiatives & operating plans.
# Presents results/analysis to management.
# Keep current on Vendor programs and promotions and maintain relationship with local vendor representatives.
# Attend sales meetings to educate sales reps and managers on vendor credit opportunities, current performance, and charge back risks.
# Act as a subject matter expert to recommend the most profitable vendor credit solution for deals.
# Engage Macon Vendor Credit team to enhance process flow, resolve issues, and communicate all changes.
# Maintain documentation of current programs, requirements, and registration forms.
# Ensure Registration Forms are filled out accurately and submitted to Macon Vendor Credit team.
# Notify Area contacts when registration is activated.
# Review orders for vendor credit and/or promotion eligibility and ensure that claim is submitted to vendor.
# Monitor VCTS reports for aged pending credits to ensure accurate accrual.
# Provide missing documentation as needed to Macon Vendor Credit team to resolve aged credits.
# Report Area credit to COGS performance and identify ways to increase credits received.
# Audit of several commissionable fields on sales forms including, but not limited to, Specialist Name and Promotions.
# Feedback to Area Sales and Finance leadership regarding accuracy of commission related fields including, but not limited to, Specialist Name and Promotions. o Lease-end Opportunity Management:
# Works with IFS in identifying all syndicated leases.
# Interfaces between IFS AMO and IKON sales rep on payoffs and buyouts.
# Manages customer lease end options with analysis of payoffs, upgrades and lease rates.
# Works with IKON syndication to maintain upgrade activity on all syndicated leases.
# Responsible for reporting of monthly/quarterly metrics on the lease portfolio to Area DOS and Sales Ops Mgr, Leasing.
# Reports on monthly basis to Area DOS and Sales Ops Mgr, Leasing on the lease retention progress.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)
# Requires 4-year college degree (Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or Math is preferred) or equivalent experience.
# Requires 3 years of work experience; solid financial planning experience is desired.
