Position Description:
Description: Perform task of creating reports from the I/O system data and distributing to applicable parties. Review daily system error reports for handling. Administer mailbox inquiries and respond in appropriate time frames including review system related issues for determination of proper channel to follow and advise status. Loading agents and users into processing systems. Agency related task such as agent book of business transfers, returned mail and list of policies request. Entry corrections such as data utility changes. Daily confirmation of system availability. Pulling print from mailroom and reviewing to report any such issues found. Low impact user acceptance testing of system coding. Other administrative task and duties as assigned.
Skills/Experience Required: Access, Policy processing systems, Excel, P and C Insurance experience required knowledge of the insurance operational areas of minimal 2 years.
Special Requirements: Dependable, high level of excellence and Business relation of the Insurance field.

Insurance background preferrable personal lines.
