Job Description
The Business Technology Analyst within Chase Auto Finance and Student Lending, Collections & Vehicle Remarketing Strategy, is responsible for the following:

Planning and Design (40%)
The position will be responsible for writing business requirement documents that outline changes to processes and/or systems for scoping and execution. Work with the project owners to obtain high level requirements, research, and translate into formal business requirements for technology group execution. Work with technology and business partners to gain buy in on requirements and timelines.

Testing 20%
The position will be responsible for coordinating testing efforts and/or perform testing as needed to meet timelines. This includes writing and executing test scripts, validate UAT and production results match the original business requirements post implementation.

Project Management (40%)
The position will be responsible for maintaining a list of assigned projects and provide regular status updates on risks, issues, progress, and progress along with maintaining project plans to track all aspects of the initiatives to ensure successful implementation (ex. scope, requirements, build, UAT, implementation, validation and reporting). Meetings will need to be initiated as necessary to engage business and technology partners for information or to provide status updates. This position will also be responsible tracking post implementation performance.
Qualifications

* Must possess strong analytical, interpersonal, self management, written and communication skills
* Ability to research complex issues, develop creative and effective solutions and document the same
* Must be able to work with the multiple levels within the end user community – from Vice Presidents to Supervisor and staff levels, and interact with the Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS / IBM) department, Information Technology, Contact Center Technologies (dialer, IVR, call recording, Genesys, CMS), and other vendors as required to resolve issues or project requests.
* Telephony and data management knowledge / experience required.
* Excellent time management skills are a must – balancing / tracking numerous projects and initiatives required
* Proven / successful track in Project Management required.
* Minimum of three years experience in a banking (preferably Auto Finance), technical discipline, or high volume call center environment required
* Experience in a Collections or Telemarketing environment preferred
* Prior technical business writing and script execution experience preferred.
* Experience writing SQL queries and extracting data from relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, Informix, and SQL Server.
* Experience influencing business partners preferred
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Previous project management experience leading relevant projects in a management or lead role
