Job Description
As a Business Banking Client Services Professional (CSP) you will be responsible for the following:
· Assist assigned Relationship Managers with all areas of the Customer relationship
· Act as the liaison between the Customer and all areas of the Bank
· Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through timely follow-up and resolution of issues
· Maximize the productivity of the assigned Relationship Manager
Daily Job Responsibilities:
· Receive customer calls requesting information, assistance and research
· Process advances, payments, overdrafts, maintenance and research requests
· Involvement in the loan process, follow-up on vendor work, coordinate loan documentation and facilitate
loan closings with customers
· Cross-sell products and services to customers
· Generate reports to support the Sales process: maturity, delinquency, and exceptions
· Provide general administrative support to the assigned Relationship Managers
· Back up other support positions as needed
Qualifications
Key Competencies: Customer focused individual. Well-developed oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated problem solving and follow-up skills. Strong organizational skills. Focus on accuracy with attention to detail. Possess a sense of urgency and the ability to multi task.
Desired background:
· High school graduate
· 1-2 years of prior Banking experience in a customer service position (Banking Center, Loan Servicing or
Loan Center position)
· Strong communication and analytical/problem solving skills
· General knowledge of loan documentation and the loan approval process
· Working knowledge of the Bank’s products, services, policies and procedures
· Ability to work independently in a high volume environment
· General administrative skills: filing, typing and organizing information
· PC skills to include Microsoft products and Bank loan and deposit systems
