Our customer has an opening for a Core Accounting Support with an Associate’s degree in accounting; you will be responsible for reconciling core credits issued by suppliers.
Responsibilities:
· Reconciles core credits issued by suppliers and enters credits into TOLAS
· Contacts suppliers on discrepancies and collects past due receivables
· Maintains purchase order books and prepares invoices for payment through TOLAS
· Obtains bids from different vendors, handles core purchasing for fill in
· Balance month end to Core Management System
· Prepares month-end journal entries and all supplier eligibility and dealer bank analysis on a monthly basis
· Manages freight charge backs to dealers
· Prepares invoices and journal entries for freight recovery
· Monthly Reconciliations and reporting
· Balance Core Management System
· Manage Supplier Accounts, Eligibility/Bank
· Core Purchase Orders
· Sarbanes/Oxley Compliance
· Manage Freight Accounts
· Other miscellaneous and ad hoc analysis/special projects
Qualifications Needed:
· Associate’s degree in Accounting
· At least 2 years of Accounting or Core Management experience or at least 3 years of Core Accounting IT experience

· Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Access
