Description
Responsible for monitoring a portfolio of clients of a size and scope as determined by Portfolio Manager and/or Credit Products Manager. Provides timely and accurate monitoring of credit clients through preparation of interim Financial Analysis Summary (FAS) package. FAS preparation may include spreading financial statements, covenant compliance analysis, reviewing risk rating, pulling Credit Risk Profile, and financial analysis. Annual analysis of clients through the Annual Exposure Review (AER) process while adhering to Bank of America Credit Policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
Monitors and updates borrowing base limits on appropriate systems of record to determine credit availability thereby ensuring appropriate collateral coverage. Preparation of trend and usage analysis.
Generates Experian credit bureau reports to support Treasury Management exposure approval process.
Completion of assigned training curriculum at an acceptable level of performance.
Partners with Credit Products Underwriters and Credit Products Officers to prepare credit approval documentation, projections and/or repayment model for assigned client base. Conducts client/industry research and evaluate existing clients and new credit requests.

Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Solid and accurate analytical and technical skills to support the assessment of Corporate and Personal Financial statements.
Sound judgment, logical reasoning, and exhibits strong drive for results and success.
Ability to work independently and manage workload priorities appropriately.
Operate effectively in a virtual team environment across geographic boundaries.
Efficient organizational skills/attention to detail
Can effectively collaborate/negotiate with business partners and assigned credit team to foster solid partnerships, teamwork, professional creditability and trust.
Adaptability to continuous learning
PC/computer profiency. Microsoft Word/Excel software package .

Exhibits desire to work within a self-study learning environment, i.e., PC web-based virtual programs.
