Description
Respond to correspondent concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that an established level of customer service is consistently met or exceeded. Review daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure. Contribute ideas to improving processes. Participate in Team meetings, meetings with other departments, etc. Proactively build relationships across the firm.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong systems knowledge, fact-finding analysis and the ability to multi-task. Act as an advocate for customers across the firm. Establish and cultivate relationships with correspondents.
Qualifications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. College degree. Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred. 1 + years experience in related brokerage environment.
