Job Summary
The Customer Service Lead is responsible for daily deposits, which include cash and checks from the previous day’s receipts, as well as cash reconcilliation. In addition, cashiers are responsible for processing transactions on the register for customer’s while displaying high levels of customer service. The Customer Service Lead assists in overseeing the Cashier’s break schedules as well as maintaining the standards of the Customer Service department.
Job Duties
Required to count cash and checks from each register
Ring and package merchandise for customers
Assists at the service desk
Build and maintain customer relationships
Provide superior customer service
Performs additional tasks as required
Job Requirements
Previous cash handling experience is required
Previous supervisory experience is preferred
Superior customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge and skills
Energetic and dependable
Professional disposition
Team player
