Job Description :
First shift position with hours from 10am – 7pm Monday – Friday.

This position will be in a call center environment, answering upwards of 105 calls per day. Candidates should be able to work under pressure situations and expedite calls in a timely manner. Other projects may be required as requested by dept. management.

Serves as a liaison between LabCorp branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquires and problems. Researches, troubleshoots and resolves customer problems. Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.e., payroll, paternity testing, billing, data entry, and phlebotomy).
Job Requirements :
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/1-3 years of applicable experience.
