Job Description Purpose
As an Executive Team Leader – Sales Floor, you will supervise the day to day operations of either the Hardlines or Softlines area of the sales floor.You will lead a team to complete quality merchandise transitions on time and ensure in-stocks are maximized through daily replenishment and research

* Recruit, hire, train and retain the highest quality team members
* Opening and closing the store on assigned days and providing leadership during the hours of operations
* Overseeing the guest service and merchandising of two to three departments with sales ranging from $2 – $9 million
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
* 4-year college degree
* Two or more years of retail merchandising and operations management experience
* Supervisor level experience
* Ability to operate store computer and electronic systems
* Ability to read and understand labels, instructions, reports, policies and procedures
* Proven conflict management skills
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills
* Flexible work hours including some nights and weekends
* Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
