Aids Finance Department by pulling reports, entering data, and coordinating reports for government contracts. Reviews, prepares, develops, and modifies reports and/or client programs and policies. Performs clerical and administrative support tasks. May require an associate’s degree or equivalent in a related area and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under limited supervision. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
Filing, documenting, and writing;basic accounting;strong computer skills and good data entry speed and accuracy and a familiarity with government contracting and basic financial concepts, practices, and procedures.
Possible associate’s degree and 1-3 years field experience.
