F/T Accounting Manager to manage the accounting system/process for multiple organizations; track multiple funding streams and over 16 Federal and State grants. Duties: management of an accounting system with 50+ cost/revenue centers, audit coordination, and accounting center operations in a shared service environment. Must have proven financial skills, working knowledge of general business operations, experience with grant accounting and/or cost accounting, and personnel management experience. Requires education in Accounting, 4 years experience in a similar accounting environment, 1 year experience with automated accounting information systems, and 2 years supervisory experience. Proven skills as leader, effective business outcomes, strategic/flexible thinker, troubleshooter, strong communication skills, solution-oriented, able to work with diverse staff. Strong Excel and Word skills required. Great Plains Dynamics experience preferred. Personal transportation, proof of insurance and clean driving record mandatoary.
