Job Title: General Clerk I
Department: Various
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

 

Summary: Perform basic office duties, such as photocopying, filing, assembling packets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Make photocopies
2. Maintain confidential files
3. Assemble packets of information as requested and needed
4. Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: GED or 6 months experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic math functions, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: E-mail, Internet, Microsoft Office products.
