Position Overview:
The GM for EBSCO Creative Concepts (ECC) is based in Birmingham and is solely responsible for the operational aspects of the business to include, marketing and sales, human resources, finance and accounting, order fulfillment, and customer service. The GM position reports directly to President/CEO of EBSCO Industries, Inc.
Skills:
The basic requirements for this position include:
•Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, from an accredited college or university.
•At least 5 years of operational experience within the promotional products industry either at the distributor or supplier level.
•Human Resources experience to include performance evaluations, recruiting/hiring, and termination of employees.
•P&L responsibility as a Manager at the divisional level or as the Owner
