You will manage the operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant – training, monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures; maximizing store sales goals against budgets; maximizing profit goals; ensuring the continual improvement of Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards; developing and mentoring everyone who works in your store; and ensuring protection of Wendy’s brand and assets.
Qualifications
Education / Experience:
* College degree / diploma and 3-4 years experience as General Manager in the restaurant industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Strong PC skills
* Open / Flexible work availability
