Answer Sheraton Vistana Resort internal and external telephones. Record all guest request items and deficiencies in StarGuest Response software system, and dispatch/communicate with all appropriate attendants and other hotel associates via 2-way radio and/or telephone. Follow-up with all guests to ensure total satisfaction. Respond to all guests inquires and requests as it relates to all Front Desk processes by using the hotel property management system, service recovery module, and be able to demonstrate problem resolution skills.
A. Equivalent education level: high school diploma required.
B. Experience preferred: Basic computer knowledge, good telephone skills.
C. Dimensions: Customer Service Orientation, Teamwork, Empowerment, Quality Awareness, Technical and Professional Knowledge, Follow Up, Delegation, Judgment, Initiative, and Work Standards.
