Our 13 U.S.-based Customer Service Centers provide award-winning, world-class customer service to millions of customers, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Our Customer Service Center employees strive to consistently delight both our external and internal customers by providing them with quality experiences.

Our Recruiters consult with department managers to determine appropriate recruitment priorities, as well as source, interview and recommend top candidates to be interviewed by hiring managers for strategic talent acquisition.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to scope job position and gain a solid understanding of not only the skills and educational requirements, but also to determine the qualities and attributes of a successful candidate for the specific team
Mine, source and screen candidates, interview, set up interviews for hiring mangers, conduct reference checks, extend job offers and on-boarding
Continually grow the pipeline of qualified candidates through constant networking
Strategically work with hiring managers through manpower planning to support them in their department growth

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university, or 4 years of direct experience; and at least 3 years related experience and/or training.

Skills and Qualifications

Must have solid knowledge and experience of recruitment and selection techniques and requirements of the federal Selection Guidelines and the Americans with Disabilities Acts and possess strong interviewing skills
Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff
Competencies include excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
Requires high level computer expertise, including use of database, word processing, spreadsheet and applicant tracking systems
Flexible and innovative in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment
