Proactive Management
· Proactively manage the solutions for the Clients both functionally and technically with a Strategy, Architecture and Roadmap and resourcing plan to achieve these goals
· Proactive Management ? Proactively manage the Catalog for the Production Support (reducing issues and resources spend) and targeting a reduction in legacy applications ? Proactive Management ? Proactively manage the Catalog for the Enhancements to direct investment to strategic solutions and business value, minimizing efforts towards legacy solutions as much as possible ? Proactive Management ? There is a need to allocate the scarce resources to the key projects and financially manage the priorities and expenses.

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE:
? Technology Leader and Manager with 15 years experience in a Global Financial Institution
EDUCATION:
? Masters degree preferred.
