Job Description:
Provide administrative support to two attorneys responsible for business and legal affairs in the Global Digital and New Media.
# Word processing, proofreading, photocopying, faxing, and mailing agreements, correspondence, preparing and updating documentation and reports; internal and external distribution of documents.
# Organize and maintaining records and files for centralized legal filing system and supervisors鈥� office files.
# Schedule meetings, answering telephone calls, processing T&E鈥檚, ordering supplies, arranging office services, coordinating travel arrangements.
# Assist with and/or coordinating the compilation, tracking, and maintaining of various reports, agreements and other documents, for ad hoc projects and submissions. Position will initiate communications, internally and externally, via telephone calls, faxes, and emails, to effectuate processing of agreements and other types of client service.
# Work closely with supervisors to facilitate requests from start to finish.
Required Qualification/Skills:
# 1-3 years in a business and legal affairs capacity. Bachelor degree
# Strong knowledge of legal systems such as DM5 and document comparison system such as Delta View.
# Excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills; computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint); detail-oriented, ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous responsibilities; strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with internal and external personnel. Proven ability to work in a demanding fast paced environment and communicate effectively with clients groups.
# Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint programs
