Wanted! A team player with excellent customer service skills! The Loan Servicing Customer Service Rep will provide customer service to bank employees and borrowers by responding to inquiries, analyzing accounts, preparing associated documentation and correspondence.
The successful candidate will have an Associate’s degree in accounting/bookkeeping or a business-related field and two years business or customer service experience or an equal combination of education/training/experience. Keyboard at 35 wpm and operate a 10-key. Must possess a valid Alaska state driver’s license and provide a current copy a DMV report evidencing a good driving record.
