This person will support a District Sales Manager and several professionals to ensure effective and efficient operation of a Field Sales District. Position will maintain managers’ business appointment scheduling, maintain personnel files, coordinate travel arrangements, compile articles and reports as needed, compose and distribute correspondence for managers, schedule and coordinate training and team events, and phone coverage.

High school diploma. Typically four (4) years related business experience including two (2) years as a secretary. Typing proficiency. PC experience and solid proficiency in the use Microsoft Office Software. CPS or one (1) year of related college courses preferred. Ability to prioritize tasks. Strong human relations skills. Excellent analytical abilities.
