Job Objective
The Manager, Business Integration is responsible for identification of systemic customer-execution opportunities and the facilitation of root-cause correction, focusing on HR Services service delivery for the assigned Business Units (BU). This is achieved through collaboration with the HR Services Center and all functional customer touch points within the assigned Business Unit. This role is responsible for ensuring that the “voice of the customer” is represented in the HR Services delivery process. The role focuses on managing customer relationships with senior BU leadership while serving as the “linking pin” between HR Services and the business.
Job Responsibilities
Function as lead facilitator/problem solver between the HR Services Center, BU Leadership, HRBP’s, and internal departments to ensure established service-level agreements are achieved.
Responsible for tracking and addressing complex issues raised through the HR Business Partner, COE or HR Services; serving as the escalation point and managing the resolution of those issues for the business.
Collaborate with HR Services, BU leaders, and HRBP’s to develop reporting mechanisms and processes for the identification of customer-service opportunities and the measurement of progress in addressing those opportunities.
Participate in monthly continuous improvement conference calls with the HR Services Center.
Conduct monthly HR Services reviews with Business Units and support teams.
Lead business unit processes and efforts to improve customer satisfaction by championing and balancing customer perspectives and HR Services operational efficiencies.
Lead BU education efforts regarding HR Service Center processes to resolve, and ultimately minimize, customer service issues with the HR Services Center.
Perform gap analysis and problem solving of HR Services service opportunities using consistent and integrated KBIs to ensure an excellent customer service experience for the customer.
Lead and own the process of communication to HR Services of regularly updated business unit contact lists
Job Requirements
Required
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
4+ years HR Management experience
2+ years customer service and customer relationship management experience
Strong Analytical Skills
Preferred
Advanced level degree
General knowledge of call-center processes and technologies
Previous Business Integration Management experience.
