 Applebee’s franchisee for the state of Alaska since 1997. Two units now open with new stores scheduled for 2004, 2005 and 2006. Franchise principal is a former 17 year McDonald’s franchisee for 15 restaurants in Alaska. Full development will result in 8 total units throughout the state.

MISSION STATEMENT:
Apple Alaska is committed to build and operate casual dining restaurants in the state of Alaska at the highest level of operating excellence achievable in the industry. The management team and staff associates will enjoy the highest rewards in compensation and work enjoyment.

BENEFITS:
Management salaries range from $50,000 to $60,000 for general managers, $35,000 to $45,000 for assistant managers and kitchen managers plus up to 25% bonus based on operational levels. Fully paid group insurance and paid vacations are included. Retirement benefits will be in place as the fourth store is opened.
