Contracts and Finance Manager for North Ft Polk, LA Job Description 8-10 years experience in Contracts, finance and business management with at least three years experience in a defense contracting business environment, preferably in a CONUS installation. Must have detailed understanding of United States Government contract operations and have in-depth DFAR experience. The position requires the employee to possess a sound knowledge of the processes associated with Contracts Administration, together with relevant provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Experience with and full understanding of fixed price contract vehicles, contract proposal change process and general understanding and familiarity with proposal pricing. This is a hands on key financial position. The sucessful candidate will have oversight over the following financial deliverables. * Contract CDRL’s * Estimates at Complete * Key line forecasts (Acq, Sales, OM, and Cash Flow) * FPRP rate development and monitoring * Monthly Sr. Mgt Dashboards reporting on program financial and operational status * AR forecasts * Annual Operating Plan preparation Job Qualifications Advance user of Excel required. Knowledge of the SAP accounting system helpful. Bachelor’s degree required. Familiarity with GAAP. Clearance: Must be eligible to apply for a secret clearance Security Clearance Required.
