Specific Job Description New supervisor for approximately 20-30 manufacturing and test operators to meet Quality, Schedule and Cost targets for multiple programs. Must have good conflict resolution skills and the ability to build respectful working relationships. Motivational skills along with the ability to energize teams is considered a plus. Candidate will have some financial experience managing cost in a manufacturing organization and/or an Industrial Engineering degree.
Standard Job Description Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
