Job description:

We are seeking multi-task candidates for office management, book-keeping and sales support. This is full-time position of great importance to our organization. Advanced training will be provided. We are fast-developing company with promotion opportunities, nice office and friendly atmosphere to work at.

Duties:
• Office administration (incoming/outgoing correspondence, office supplies, utilities, cleaning services supervision)
• Accts Payable / Receivable
• Payroll
• Banking management
• Monthly reconciliations
• Process POs, issue invoices, schedule shipments, customer service
• Provide support in business development by contacting potential trade leads

Qualifications:
• BA degree
• Proven experience working in office administration, accounting, customer service or sales
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• Knowledge of ACT or other customer management software would be an asset
• Strong written and verbal communicational skills
• Must be well-organized, passionate, able to take charge
