Requirements:

* Patent prosecution associate with a minimum of 2 years experience for biotech prosecution, opinion and due diligence work.
* PhD in molecular biology or immunology preferred.
* Advanced science degree required.
* Admission to USPTO required.
* Resume and law school transcript
