Private Banking Assistant -Jobs in Florida

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Provides assistance to all members of the Private Banking team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to cross-selling products and services, opening new accounts, processing wire requests, handling advances and payments on loans, creating correspondence and reports, maintain files. Researches loan and deposit balances, assists in loan closings and aids in identifying and resolving customer issues.

Requirements:
High school graduate – some college preferred. General administrative experience required. 2 – 3 years banking or finance experience preferred.
Must possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, good communication skills. Must be service oriented.
