Job Description
Role Summary
Lenders are responsible for supporting Relationship Managers in the marketing, structuring, protocolling, execution and documentation of complex credit transactions for Wealth Management clients.
The Role Involves:
Work with Relationship Managers (RMs) to identify potential for structured credits within their client and prospect base
Primary responsibility is structuring and negotiating credit facilities to make them acceptable from both a commercial and a risk standpoint
Protocol the transaction in a credit application and work with Credit Risk Management (CRM) to secure credit approval
Draft term sheets and offer letters in cooperation with Legal and CRM
Proactively develop new credit solutions, for example lending against new asset classes, and work with Global WM Lending to formalize such initiatives
Promote the replication of successful credit transactions in other teams/regions and continually update RMs on structured credit capabilities and risk appetite within Credit Suisse
