This opportunity exists at JCIM McCalla, AL plant. JCIM is a plant-joint venture of Johnson Controls, Inc. McCalla produces plastic injection molded and assembled parts to the automotive industry. The plant operates (3) production shifts (7:00a – 3:30p; 3:00p – 11:30p; and 11:00p – 7:30a – Monday thru Friday). Candidates must be able to work any of the three aforementioned shifts and should have experience in the automotive industry – plastic injection molding preferred. The potential for weekend work is favorable.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in Quality or related function within the automotive industry.
Experience & Training Needed:
Specific education and training in Quality disciplines including, at a minimum; ISO/TS16949, Continuous Improvement, Total Quality Management, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, DoE, SPC. Ability to apply fundamental quality engineering concepts, practices, and procedures. Basic competency in statistical concepts, design of experiments, and problem solving methodology. Understanding and capability to utilize sound problem-solving techniques. Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
