Responsibilities:
• Supporting brand consistency by delivering exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
• Assist with new employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed
• Tasks will involve greeting and seating customers, telephone work, financial transactions, stock, clean-up, documentation, customer service and teamwork
Qualifications:
• Have the ability to communicate with co-workers and/or customers
• Have a passion for customer service and be solutions-oriented
• 1 year MINIMUM food service/hospitality experience is desired, but not required
• Food handlers card may be required according to local and/or state requirements
• Be able to write, read and utilize math skills
