We have an immediate opening available for a Retail Solutions Manager (RSM). This RSM is responsible for working with the baseline Sales Representatives to sell to our current clients and competitive accounts, solutions and products that will allow them to better manage their customer relations. The RSM must know the automotive dealership verticle. This position goes into the dealerships and sells 2 basic products: a customer relationship management software and a credit connection software product. The RSM focuses on existing clients and competitive accounts and can sell anywhere within the specified geography. This position involves heavy travel. Candidates must have sold into auto dealerships or they can be manufacturer or distributor representatives. Candidates who have sold auto parts or auto accessories will be considered only if they also have an extensive understanding of the automobile retail business.

QualificationsRequired
(Experience, Skills, Academic): • Extensive understanding of the automobile retail business
• 3-5 years experience in the Dealership vertical
• Knowledge of automotive, finance/insurance and technology industries preferred
• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 months of job related formal sales training
• 3-5 years of technical, B2B solutions sales experience
• Ability to travel approximately 75% or more is required

• Knowledge of telecom, automotive, finance/insurance and technology industries preferred
