Announcing a great opportunity to work in a positive, team-oriented, and fun environment! Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a possible temp to hire Sales Admin. Support position in American Fork Utah.
Scope of Work:
Support Sales by communicating with clients, accounts & managing sales related tasks.
Job Duties Overview:
Coordinate sales process flow and provide constant support to clients and team members through the sales process and implementation, as directed. Document all client communications in the customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
Assist in maintaining and expanding the company’s relationship with current accounts.
Develop relationships with new accounts, which may include:
o Track client & account progress throughout sales and implementation process.
o Log all sales information on contact management database.
o Manage client information in the CRM.
o Prepare correspondence as directed by account managers.
o Prepare, print and ship or email information packets for clients.
o Prepare demos for client presentations.
o Distribute new sales materials to all accounts.
o Assist in projects as assigned from time to time.
Applicant must:
o Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Have excellent organizational skills
o Have excellent project-management skills
o Be able to complete assigned tasks within defined deadlines
o Be a self-starter (take initiative to learn tasks, solve problems and take on new assignments)
o Be able to work independently
o Have strong computer skills (web based applications, current Microsoft office, database navigation)
Desired skills:
o Microsoft certifications strongly recommended
Experience:
o Experience in the sales process
o Strong editing and writing skills
o Fluent English
