Job Description:

Raytheon has a need for an expert in SAP business systems. The individual will be responsible for the following tasks:

· Implementing SAP systems and tools

· Maintaining SAP systems, including configuration changes and enhancements

· Evaluating requirements for proposed enhancements

· Analyzing, testing, and recommending COTS vendor solutions

· Developing strategies in collaboration with the Raytheon SAP Competency Center to win SAP development or maintenance business within Federal agencies

· Provide support to Raytheon on any SAP-related proposals for Federal agencies

· Provide technical support for customer meetings and potential customer meetings

Required Skills:

B.S. in Engineering, Information Systems or a related field and at least 8-10 years experience in the development and maintenance of the SAP business system, including all phases of the development life-cycle from requirements through integration testing. Must have specific expertise in the Federal funding portion of the SAP system. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with software development and maintenance engineers, vendors, program managers, and end-users.

Desired Skills:

Experience working within the NASA community, the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), or in support of the NASA Integrated Enterprise Management Program (IEMP) located at Huntsville, AL. Advanced degree in a related field is desired.
