Job Description:
Manages several delivery teams within Risk Technology. Leads all decisions on personnel actions including staffing, performance management and compensation or contract decision-making. Is a key performance contributor to the Risk Technology organization. Supports broad-based operations activities, manages multiple applications/ development projects, or complex initiatives. Leads across various applications, operations, projects, or technology organizations and grows individual talent. Manages budget, monitors progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly. Is a leader of people and influencer in providing strategic business and technology solutions.
Required Skills/Experience:
Strong technology development management and Math/Quant background. Experience managing senior business partner relationships and leading medium to large technology development teams in the credit/capital markets risk space. In-depth capital markets product knowledge. 7-10 years experience in the above areas.
