We are currently seeking a Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Senior Admin to work on a construction steel mill project in Calvert, AL (50 minutes northeast of Mobile).

Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Senior Administrative Assistant:

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize CSM Safety Manager’s time by handling administrative details through the follow-up of business arrangements and correspondence, the transmittal of interoffice information, and the maintenance of control over office functions and tasks

• Enters information into proper letter, memorandum, and record format, ensuring accuracy of punctuation and grammar

• Opens and routes correspondence, prepares routine correspondence on own initiative, uses judgment to determine matters requiring prompt attention

• Owner of project files and records

• Communicates with all levels of personnel to collect and disseminate information pertaining to CSM Safety

• Assists in planning special projects, seminars, and events

• Arranges meetings and schedules appointments for CSM Safety Manager
• Conducts project administration duties, including spreadsheet maintenance, preparation of contract forms for approval, distribution of contract and subcontract documents, quality control for documents and reports, and production of reports

Basic/Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (minimum)

• 6+ years of related experience

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Bi-lingual skills (Provide Spanish/English translation of documents)

• Experience with client relations

• Ability to operate office equipment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and other types of software programs

• Ability to analyze data for the preparation of studies and reports

• Knowledge of company policies, practices, organizational structure, and office procedures

• Typing speed of 50+ WPM

• Ability to create/maintain filing systems and procedures

• Drug screen, background check, and social security # verification

• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours (as required)
