.:: Essential Job Duties:
database management. Including database design, management and query construction. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, RECBASS, and Pure Edge (Forms). National Agency Check. Can be certified under the Army Substance Abuse Program. Can multitask and type at least 25 words per minute. Has knowledge of Military Regulations and office Standard Operating Procedures. Can speak, write, and communicate in English. Can work Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday times may vary. Has a valid US Driver’s license. High School Diploma or GED. Can operate a PC. Has a working knowledge of Army rank structure and military unit relationships (E.G. Company, Battalion, Brigade, Division, etc).

.:: Mental/Physical Requirements:
Can work under stressful conditions and be physically able to demonstrate the training/support tasks to standard. Has a working knowledge of mobilization/demobilization operations IAW FORSCOM Regulation 500-3-5. Can walk, bend, stand, carry light items or drive an automobile. Can perform duties of the Unit Prevention Leader (UPL).

.:: Education/Experience Requirements:
an transport IWP’s daily to SRP site for Personnel Action Branch in processing using the 15 Pax van. Can track a soldier’s process through the SRP various stations (Medical, Dental, Finance, ACS, Red Cross, Legal, Retention, Clothing Issue, and ID Cards) creating a spreadsheet to track soldiers. Can input necessary data to create a shell of the evaluation reports and forward shells with suspense dates to managers and key officials.
