In this position, you will be responsible for managing the sales and service function by developing and coaching a team to serve the customers’ total financial service needs resulting in greater market share and profitability. You’ll model, teach, coach and inspect daily proactive sales activities including sales road-mapping with customers, making partner referrals, outbound calling and appointment setting and outstanding service behavior. Responsible for effective staff salary administration and rewards; adhere to budgets, business development goals, staffing models and performance standards; pass store internal audit with acceptable rating.

Minimum Qualifications
