Job Description: The Department of Pediatrics/Pediatrics Consultation Center has an opening beginning 06/15/09 for a “Federal Work Study Student”. 10-20 hours weekly. Job duties include but are not limited to: 1) Faxing completed referrals back or fax-forwarding for processing elsewhere/shredding; 2) calling patients/parents with appt dates/times and message taking on occasion; 3) copying, mailing, delivering documents, entering data, and printing; 4) alphabetizing referrals received for inquire retrievals and for matching records. Minimum Requirements: Knowledge of excel spreadsheet.
