**The Warehouse Team Lead will work Tuesday-Saturday**

This position is responsible for coordinating the daily receipt, storage and shipments to/from the Walton facility.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Unloads trailers. Ensures accuracy of product received.
• Pulls domestic as well as international orders.
• Adheres to customer specific work instructions throughout all processes.
• Completes daily sanitation as required.
• Completes unit pulls as required.
• Coordinates/monitors/enforces daily activities ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
• Communicates issues/concerns to Warehouse and/or Transportation manager.
• Investigate errors and provide corrective action to eliminate future events.
• Monitors inventory of all applicable Warehouse supplies.
• Complies with all applicable Warehouse procedures per the training Matrix.
• Coordinate daily schedules for Warehouse Associates
• Works daily with RxCrossroads Warehouse Manager, on-site Quality Assurance and Transportation personnel, as well as Vendors.
CDL or yard work experience.

Requirements
Must possess the ability to express ideas clearly through both written and oral communications, ability to multi-task, ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers and vendors. Must have attention to detail, ability prioritize daily tasks and composure to lead varying personality types on a daily basis.

Must possess the ability to bend, stoop and lift up to seventy pounds frequently. Must be able to drive a sit down fork lift, reach truck and double walker, Must be able to work in extremely cold environments (-30C or colder) for extended periods of time.
