Description: Supports the bank’s retail business marketing plan by developing new credit and non-credit relationships with targeted small business prospects. The primary focus of the SBBO is the solicitation of new business through extensive outside calling, and participation in various civic and professional organizations. The SBBO is also responsible for cultivating branch referrals by developing and maintaining consultative relationships with other Compass sales personnel.
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience and a minimum of one year of sales experience. Lending experience preferred.
