Job Description:
Develop operating and financial models for new business opportunities
Manage financial analysis and valuation components of M&A transactions
Perform ad-hoc business analysis to support potential strategic alliances, partnerships and other non-M&A deals
Research, prioritize and help evaluate new business opportunities
Assist in presentation writing for new opportunities, budgets and LRPs
Assist in implementation of approved new business opportunities
Help identify and implement processes, systems and support which improve on-going business operations
Required Qualification/Skills:
BA/BS degree from top university/college
Preferably two years experience in investment banking or consulting (one or more years experience in a media-related company is a plus)
Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis (developing financial models, analyzing financial statements, etc.)
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Strong interpersonal capabilities
Strong project management skills
