Regional Manager–Southeast Region

In this position you will be responsible for the effective multi unit leadership of Patient Transportation services which includes the successful management of Unit Directors, finances, client relations, patient and customer satisfaction, program quality standards, performance improvement, and personnel performance and productivity. You will also be responsible for the overall planning, organizing, directing and controlling of Patient Transportation and Hospital activities. You will monitor ongoing and selectively negotiate as needed all matters relating to district/account operations in order to assure highest client and customer satisfaction levels and account retention, strong employee relations, achievement of financial goals and future business growth plans.
Job Responsibilities:

* Develops a business plan and budget for the region in conjunction with the functional support team
* Develops financial forecasts and balances programs and resources for districts and selected accounts within the region
* Controls overhead expenses within the region
* Responsible for attainment of financial goals for the region
* Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of financial data and statistics
* Reviews and analyzes financial statements, weekly operating reports and other financial results
* Recommends and manages capital requirements to maximize financial returns
* Actively involved with sales survey pricing of business
* Monitors future contract financial reviews and updates
* Monitors and audits the accounting and control process within the region
* Responsible for productivity and staffing that is appropriate to the regional and divisional goals
* Monitors period analysis and initiates action plans as necessary
* Maintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention
* Maintains an active stewardship program at multiple levels within the region
* Administers required client/customer surveys (and other feedback instruments) and responds in a timely and effective manner
* Promotes client awareness of program alternatives and the availability of corporate resources
* Monitors and ensures compliance with the provisions of client contracts
* Assist in customizing programs to meet each account’’s unique needs as required

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor’’s Degree is required
* Five to eight years supervisory experience in healthcare or service-related field with high customer/client contact required
* Individual must either live in the geographic region, or be willing to relocate within the region within 4-6 weeks if offered the position.
* Experience managing multiple locations is highly desired
* Strong financial skills are required
* Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
* Ability to multi-tasks and establish priorities
* Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
* Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
* Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
* Ability to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives
* Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
